2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

ResumeBuild offers Free, Starter, Basic, Pro, and Premium subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on the cycle specified at purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, create fraudulent resumes with fabricated credentials, reverse engineer AI tools, or use the service in violation of applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

Resume content you create remains your intellectual property. ResumeBuild retains rights to platform design, templates, AI models, and software infrastructure. Template designs are licensed for personal and commercial job application use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResumeBuild provides tools to assist resume creation. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or ATS approval from any specific employer system. Results vary based on individual qualifications and employer criteria.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeBuild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of ResumeBuild after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
